These reviews never tell you what you want to know so here I go The person that came out did a great job educating me on his process before getting started . While I did think my service included sealing entry points that rodents could be coming in through it didn’t.he said that’d cost me close to $1500 . I had a mouse problem already caught 6 knew where they were most likely habitating (in the stove ) and knew of a possible entry point (behind my stove) . He did not inspect that area very well at all he placed a trap on the floor where there’s a slight opening between the stove and counter. But didn’t look behind the stove or where I know to have seen them going inside my stove . We could have moved the stove for him he didn’t ask or address it so after he left I realized that’s all he did . Other than that he did a good job at identifying outside entry points he showed me pictures he took of the openings outside but couldn’t send them to me . He did give us a cheaper method of sealing the holes which was appreciated. I had spiders in my basement webs everywhere he knocked all them down killed the spiders he saw hopefully my basement spider issue is solved ! Sprayed the whole house and skipped over the room with my sleeping newborn in it which I appreciated ! 4 stars ! Initial appt was 2 hundred and some change . They’ll be back every other month for just 50 bucks. If the services is effective then that’s a good deal compared to Rottler once again we’ll see .

Mr. Mike is the Orkin rep assigned to our location and he has been a tremendous help to us! Our property is pretty large and we don't have rodents or many bugs at all just a couple spiders here and there when he comes for his monthly inspection of our traps in and outside and to also spray. We appreciate Orkins service so much! It's very necessary and also very cost effective which is a huge plus!!

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

A couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.

We noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

I was visited by Allen, south of Festus, MO last week and had the best service. Allen arrived on time with an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude willing to assist. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation and educated us. Allen went above and beyond by taking out of his personal time on the weekend to give me information on how to proceed with my pest problem. I would recommend Allen for special recognition in the work that he performs and Terminix for their services.

My Terminix quarterly technician is Zach and he is great! He's kind, courteous, efficient and knows his stuff! He really helped me with a fire ant issue at my home and is always prompt to respond if an issue comes up.

Service technician was kind and very knowledgeable about my situation with bees in my mailbox. He even offered great advice to prevent the bees from returning and setting up another nest.

Kevin has always been the best out of all of the employees I’ve worked with. Not only that but other businesses in the area have seen good results as well. I can tell. That being said. It feels good to have a worker that knows how to get things done and in a timely manner. Thanks kevin.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Our experience was great. We are a brand new customer so in a way, the jury us still out on overall performance. The tech was very nice and responsive to my issues. Price points were very affordable.

Michael did the treatment today and he was awesome! Had a couple new problem areas and he quickly figured out where they were coming from, why they were there and what to do about it. Extremely personable and professional. Really likes his job and the company he works for so that says a lot to me. I've been using Aptive for several years now. My house is surrounded by thick forest and since using them I can weed the flower beds and move edging stones without ants erupting everywhere. Very refreshing. Pros: This last rep was pretty sharp! He helped me understand the ends and outs of the season what to look for, what to get rid of that might attract pests. Was easy to talk to, sent pics of his work all before he left my driveway. Very clean, informative, service given. Cons: Didn't catch his last name or TECH ID# to ask if I could have JUST him come out moving forward. I also wanted to make sure he's recognized as a great tech. His name was super regular "Michael" probably a bunch of guys there with the same name. ?

Jarvis the service technician came to our house this morning and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the service I received from him and am giving a 10/10 rating!
