I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

I’m given five stars today strictly on my experience with Dylan, the tech whom treated my property. He was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, informative and seemed to be very educated and honed in on his job. I definitely learned more today than I anticipated. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the dishonesty from the lady I spoke with today when I called into the office as a new customer. She misled me even after asking several times was this a contract, and she repeatedly stated no, that’s what sets us aside from the other companies. But I found that not to be true and put Dylan in a very uncomfortable place as I had everything she stated on paper ,on the table where I spoke to Dylan initially before my first treatment. And despite not being happy or comfortable with what the young lady did in the office, I was having faith in Dylan. He reassured me that any issues I may have with treatments , that they would stand by their word and come back out at any given time if I saw continuous activity. Thank you Dylan 🙌🏻 YOU ROCK!!😊

I always have a great experience with Orkin. My technician Conner is excellent I don’t need to tell him what to do or where to go. Honestly I don’t need to be here when he comes. He’s the best and he’s takes the time to keeps in touch with me about time and works with me if I need more time.

2 year customer in Parkville, Md. my tech Brian is awesome, communication with the office can be tricky at times but overall a great experience. Spider activity is down about 80 percent and I have yet to see any mice in my home. If your in the area and looking for pest control I’d recommend.

It was a night before Christmas and I saw a mouse. It freaked me out because I hadn’t seen one in my house for the 19 years I’ve lived here. So as soon as possible the day after Christmas I called Orkin because they had a really great rating with the Better Business Bureau and we had a previous experience with them when we had a termite issue during our refinancing quest. So today an excellent representative from Orkin by the name of Michael came out and surveyed the house, put down some stuff around the interior and exterior of my home to deter mice, and also some poison traps. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and I felt immediately reassured that the problem was taken care of. Great job, Michael!

Our Orkin service expert was great. Also, the local office was great with coordinating a date and time for our service expert to arrive. We live in Baltimore City and would recommend Orkin pest control services.

Took care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.

8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Technican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

Terminix has always been reliable, on time, notifies you ahead of visit and notified you when they arrive. Before they start work they ask if you have any concerns, and if there is anything else you'd like them to do. After they finish they have you confirm the work and the bill. Why is this important to me? I have had OTHER services (not terminix), that have never notified me when they be coming. And they don't notify me when they arrive or leave and then these OTHER COMPANIES send me a bill for rook that I never went in the spring done. This is why I like Terminix. They're professional, they provide personal service and keep you informed. If they discontinue this kind of service I would do two things. I will let you know and I would find another company

Had William Tonkin out for my annual pest control service and he was great as always. I actually had to reschedule the service originally as I had a death in the family and William was so accommodating with helping me get another time!

My technician Joshua Krauss was amazing explaining everything during and after the inspection. Very informative and solution / observation driven feedback. 10/10 would recommend him or want him to evaluate my house in the future.

I made an error when selecting what type of service I needed when using the website. The exterminator who showed up to do the service worked with me to understand the options and took the time to call a customer service rep who drove to my house and met with us within 30 mins of meeting the exterminator. She helped me with the correct service we needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The exterminator was a very good representative for Terminix also and deserves to be recognized as well. I really liked the no pressure sales tactics that every employee I talked to used and how everything was explained both with pros and cons. Both people I met in person were great and well versed in the companies operations and types of treatments we needed.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
