We had a yellow jacket nest inside a dormer in our home and Ehrlich came out same day, an hour after calling once they opened in the morning. Came prepared...
Janet C. via yelpRight on time... we did get ants back in the back of the house a couple of days later, and they are coming back out without attitude. Great customer service.
Sandy S. via yelpThere's been many different pest control people to come thru and done NOTHING but this guy MR DETRICK went right to the problem and solved it he's very detailed he knows what to do customer service is 100 thanks.
Anthony B. via yelpExcellent customer service. I sent in an inquiry late one night and received a call from Jeff the next morning before I even had a chance to make coffee. My schedule is challenging this week and even though he had a packed schedule, he made time to come out to my house. Unfortunately I needed something out of their scope because it involved being on the roof, which they don't do. I hope I never have a need for any of their services, but if I do, they will definitely be my go to.
Em F. via yelpEhrlich is fantastic! Insan Pribadi was very professional and did an amazing job removing a hornet's nest from our backyard. Have not had any problems with them and would definitely recommend to others :)

My experience with Orkin has always been good. The technician contacted me to ask if he could conduct the service on yesterday instead of today. I didn't know that an appointment was scheduled for today, but was glad to have been able to accommodate. Because of Orkin, while everyone on my street was complaining about mice, I was surprised because I had not seen one. Thank you Orkin!
Pat S. via googleOur Orkin technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the best way to treat our home. The technician also left plenty of sticky traps for the garage area. Thank you.
James via googleThe customer service from this office top to bottom is amazing. Derrin is outstanding, friendly, and always asks about my kids and is very thorough.
Tim D. via googleBoth technicians Lionel and David were amazingly professional and pleasant to work with. They listened to our concerns and treated the issues.
R. H. via googleDavid was very kind and outgoing. He did a thorough job, quick job and was able to answer all my questions. Even in just two treatments, I saw a noticeable difference with my pest problem

Vicky T. via yelpTook care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.
Lee F. via yelp8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Judy D. via googleArchie Donaldson is a fantastic technician at Terminix. We have had a pest control company for 25 years. Currently we have Terminix and have been very happy with their service, especially when we got Archie. He can identify things that other people miss. He comes for extra service calls when needed and always communicates well by text, phone, and in person. He is great at educating us about pest problems and how to prevent them.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
Steve C.via GoogleUnderstanding Pest Control Pricing and Services in Bethesda, Maryland
Homeowners in Bethesda, Maryland looking to maintain a pest-free environment can expect a range of pest control service options, each with various pricing structures. Generally, the cost for these services can fluctuate based on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of pest issue, and the severity of the infestation. Typically, for ongoing pest prevention plans, residents might pay anywhere from $40 to $100 per month. Initial service fees can also vary, with prices often ranging between $175 to $350. It's worth noting that many pest control companies offer promotional discounts which can reduce these costs significantly.
Pests Included and Exclusions
Pest control services in Bethesda typically offer comprehensive coverage for a wide array of common pests. These usually include ants, spiders, cockroaches, rodents, and more. However, not every pest is covered under standard plans. Homeowners might find that termites, bed bugs, and certain types of wildlife are not included and require specialized treatment plans. It's important for homeowners to carefully review the list of covered pests when choosing a service plan to confirm that it addresses their specific concerns.
Understanding Service Contracts
Service contracts are commonplace in the pest control industry, often implying an annual commitment. Some companies may offer the flexibility to cancel at any time with no penalty, while others might require a longer-term contract with cancellation fees. It's crucial for homeowners to understand the terms of their service agreements, including the length of the contract and any associated fees for early termination.
Service Guarantees
Most pest control companies in Bethesda stand behind their services with a satisfaction guarantee. This means that if pests return between scheduled treatments, the company will provide additional services at no extra charge. Some even offer money-back guarantees if you're not satisfied with their services, providing extra reassurance and demonstrating their commitment to solving your pest problems.
What to Expect During Treatment
Initial pest control treatments typically involve a thorough inspection of the home, identification of pest entry points, and a customized treatment plan to address the infestation. Follow-up services may include regular inspections, treatments to disrupt pest life cycles, and preventative measures to keep pests from returning. Homeowners should expect professional technicians to treat both the interior and exterior of their homes, focusing on problem areas and potential entry points.
Bundling Services and Add-Ons
Many pest control companies offer the option to bundle services for added savings. This could include combining pest and termite control or adding mosquito treatment to a general pest plan. Homeowners can often save a significant amount by taking advantage of these bundled offers. Additional services like free termite inspections or tick and mosquito control may be available as add-ons to enhance your pest protection.
Addressing Specialty Pests
While general pest plans cover a broad spectrum of critters, dealing with specialty pests like termites, bed bugs, and certain rodents or wildlife may necessitate targeted treatment plans. Homeowners facing these more challenging infestations should look for providers that offer specialized services to effectively address these issues.

Comparing One-Time and Recurring Services
Homeowners have the choice between one-time treatments and recurring service plans. A one-time service is a single, targeted treatment designed to address a specific pest problem, whereas recurring services provide ongoing protection with regular treatments to prevent future infestations. While one-time treatments can be effective for immediate issues, recurring services offer long-term peace of mind.
