I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.
Keah P.via GoogleSecond time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.
Cindy L.via GoogleMy service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.
Patty P.via GoogleWe had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Vicky T. via yelpTook care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.
Lee F. via yelp8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.
John F. via yelpTechnican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

on Rodent and Wildlife ControlI have had the best experience with Terminix. I feel that the Jeff my tech takes the time to explain everything and do follow ups. Jeff is an excellent representative for your company
Jennifer G. via googleLove Terminix my tech texts ahead of appointment and when he is finished where I am home or out of house he calls me with the results of his inspection and treatment details. The first year of service is a bit pricey after that a very comfortable monthly payment for the piece of mine. They also run specials throughout the year for specific pests i.e. mosquitoes and in the fall for mice.
Roy E. via googleJose' treats my home - inside and out. Jose' is very professional, thorough, and polite. He is always the technician that I see quarterly and remembers what and where to treat. We have good conversations while he treats my home.
Denise H. via googleGreat experience, knowledgeable team. Affordable package. Quick turnaround. Even recommended to my neighbor who was the reason for the call! Only suggestion I have is a coffee or hot cocoa stipend for whoever was digging first thing in the morning. I was shivering for them! It gets cold out there before first light!
Jenna B. via googleI have been using Terminix for a few years and they have always been extremely helpful, only selling me needed services, very knowledgeable and professional. I originally had a problem with mice once my cat went across the rainbow bridge and they quickly took care of the issue. Since then I kept on the quarterly plan and Michael Gunter has been my technician. He is always so polite, caring about the bunnies always hiding under the deck and any other animals stopping by. He takes the time to explain what is happening in your house and yard and what to look for in the future. Always helpful and professional. Look forward to seeing him every quarter.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
Steve C.via GoogleUnderstanding Pest Control Costs and Services in Baltimore, Maryland
Homeowners in Baltimore, Maryland, can expect a range of prices when it comes to protecting their homes from pests. General pest control services may vary, often influenced by factors such as property size, pest severity, and the type of treatment required. On average, initial treatments can range from $175 to $399, with subsequent monthly costs for recurring services usually falling between $40 and $100. It's important to note that these prices can be influenced by promotions or bundled services, potentially offering homeowners savings on comprehensive pest defense plans.
Pest Extermination Coverage
When selecting a pest control plan, it is essential to know which critters are included and which are not. Typically, plans cover common invaders such as ants, spiders, cockroaches, mice, and even mosquitos under certain plans. However, homeowners should be aware that pests like termites, bed bugs, and certain wildlife may not be included in standard plans and often require specialized treatment.
Understanding Contracts
Most pest control companies in Baltimore require a service contract for recurring treatments. These agreements usually span one or two years and detail the frequency of services as well as the expectations from both the homeowner and the company. Cancellation policies may vary, with some providers offering penalty-free cancellation within a specific timeframe.
Service Guarantees
Peace of mind comes with guarantees. Baltimore pest control services often offer re-treatment at no additional cost if pests persist, ensuring continued protection and customer satisfaction. This commitment demonstrates confidence in the effectiveness of their treatment plans.
Treatment Procedures
An initial service typically involves a thorough inspection followed by treatment both inside and outside the home. Recurring treatments may focus more on preventative measures and monitoring, while initial services are more extensive, aiming to address any current infestations.
Bundling Services and Add-Ons
Bundling various services can provide substantial savings. Many pest control companies encourage combining pest and termite control, or even mosquito treatments, for a lower overall cost. Add-on services may include specialized treatments for particular pests not covered in the standard plan.
Addressing Specialty Pests
While general pest control plans cover a wide array of common household pests, some nuisances like termites, bed bugs, and certain rodents require distinct treatment strategies. These specialty pests often necessitate a separate plan with specific methodologies to effectively handle the infestation.
