I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.
Keah P.via GoogleSecond time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.
Cindy L.via GoogleMy service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.
Patty P.via GoogleWe had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Truly Nolen first caught my attention years ago when I kept seeing their mouse car at the corner of State Rd 52 and US19.. It was a real eye catcher. When I had some bug issues, I immediately remembered the mouse car and gave them a call. My experience with them over the past 6 years has been nothing but positive. Once again I was in need of an insect inspection and Truly Nolan is my goto company. They came out in less than 24 hours and their service coordinator Jimmy was awesome. He was thorough, professional, honest and very personable. Gave me tips on prevention around the outside of my home and was able to identify my current treatment needs. If you have pest issues, rodents, roaches, termites, carpenter ants and more, before you spend any money, call the guys with the mouse car, Truly Nolan. You won’t regret it.
Thomas K. S. (. W. R. I. via googleScott came out and was great and knowledgeable and assured me that the treatment plan will be effective and safe around my pets. Charlie who did the treatment was also amazing especially with my dog. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was treated thoroughly.
Energy S. W. K. via googleJimmy is amazing! He came in today, got on the roof, took pictures, sat down and explained the whole process to me. Sadly had to meet him due to a rat issue, but I so appreciate him coming the same day. Also very nice. Super sweet to my two dogs too.
Maria I. via googleI had a problem with ants and some cockroaches and hadn’t treated for several years. Truly Nolen came highly recommended to me so I gave them a call. Jimmy came out and did an inspection of the house for rodents and termites. Not only was he a hoot, he was thoughtful and attentive to what I needed price-wise, as well as thorough in his inspection. He was honest about what he thought I needed done, and what could wait. Nick came out a bit later and did the spraying of the house both inside and out, was also very funny and respectful of my space. He took his time to really look at the source of the problems and educate me about areas of concern. I appreciate both of them and think the service offered is very affordable. Great work!
Lindsay V. via googleMarty is the absolute best. He came in today and was so educated and thorough at his visit spraying throughout our office. We love using Truly Nolen and will recommend them and Marty to everyone!

Alex Boer was very pleasant and friendly as usual. Also he is professional, and respectful of our home. Haven’t seen a bug in the house in over 2 year! Me Boer’s knowledge, professionalism, and his people skills are truly OUTSTANDING and the main reason we keep using ORKIN. BTW, Would miss Alex but he is without question, Supervisor or Management material. He represents your company most favorably by his appearance, demeanor, knowledge, concern for customers’ needs (listens) I was a Sr Eng and a hiring Manager for many yrs b4 retirement and would have loved to have people like him. (Of course diff skillset) REGARDLESS PLEASE PROMOTE HIM ASAP! TU ?⚓️????
Ken K. via googleWhat started out as a fear of terminates turned into a team to be celebrated for putting my fears at ease. I walked in Friday night, 6/7 and saw dead bugs with wings as I entered the house. (Fear) It was after business hours and I had an early morning flight on Monday, 6/10 so I figured I’d try my luck with the few days I had in between my next trip. I called Trish and asked that my technician stop by the house on Friday and she was able to schedule. Tarus has always been a pleasure to work with so I was happy to see him and his positive energy first thing Friday morning, 6/14. He advised me that it wasn’t his area of expertise but he’d would spray and send a termite expert my way. Within an hour Mr. Massey was on his way. Upon arrival he immediately confirmed that it wasn’t termites, but ants (relief) and showed me a picture of how close they are in body. After a complete termite inspection he scheduled attic insulation to treat current and future bugs as well as terminate monitoring with an annual plan both with installation on 6/17. I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years and this is my first review, so that should tell you the team exceeded expectations by getting this done in expedited fashion. I HIGHLY recommend Orkin and look forward to working with Tarus and Kent (Massey) for years to come. Thank you Orkin team for a job well done.
FRANK B. via googleNot sure if this is the right Orkin but we had Kent come out to inspect then later that day Frank came out. Both did an absolutely outstanding job. Both were incredibly warm and friendly. Frank was super awesome to explain a lot of the process to me. I learned so much from him. I really appreciate Orkin!
Samantha T. D. via googleHave been Orkin customers for almost 11 years. Always get excellent service and no charge to return if we see critters after a treatment. We have been happily bug free since moving here in 2014. The customer service is always exemplary too!
Anne R. via googleI have a long business relationship with Orkin and I can't be more satisfied with their services, not only the customer service experience when scheduling an appointment over the phone, online account access (very convenient if you want to schedule an appointment or make a payment process yourself) but most important the field technicians. Technician Bryan Cohn today provided a complete explanation of what I needed, assessed the problem and treated them, highly professional. Great service, professional and experience team all the way! and most important competitive plans prices. Highly recommended!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

for New CustomersComprehensive Pest Control Solutions for Tampa, Florida
For residents of Tampa, Florida, managing pests is a crucial aspect of maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. Pest control service costs can vary based on several factors, including the type and scale of infestation, the size of the property, and the specific pest control plan chosen. Generally, homeowners can expect to spend around $40 to $100 per month on recurring pest control services. Initial service fees might range from $175 to $350, depending on the complexity of the job and the methods employed in the treatment. Special promotions and discounts can also impact the overall cost, making it beneficial for homeowners to review current offers when selecting a pest control plan.
Understanding Pest Control Pricing
When evaluating pest control options, homeowners in Tampa, Florida often find that prices fluctuate. This variance stems from home dimensions, infestation severity, and the type of creatures causing a nuisance. You might discover that monthly rates for ongoing pest defense hover around $40 to $100, while upfront fees to kickstart services run between $175 to $350. These investments help safeguard your abode and keep uninvited guests at bay. It's also wise to keep an eye out for special deals that might reduce your initial outlay.
What's Included and Excluded in Pest Plans
Pest control plans typically provide cover for a range of common household pests. These may include ants, spiders, roaches, and rodents, among others. However, it's important to note that not all pests are included. Most plans exclude treatment for more specialized pests like termites, bed bugs, and wildlife. For these intruders, specialized plans are necessary. Understanding what's included in your chosen plan is essential to avoid surprises when unlisted pests show up.
Service Contracts and Their Flexibility
Pest control companies often require service agreements, laying out the terms of treatment and regular visits. Most agreements span a year but do offer the flexibility to cancel. It's critical to understand the terms, as some companies may impose cancellation fees, while others offer more lenient policies that allow homeowners to withdraw from the contract without penalty.
Satisfaction Guarantees
Look for pest control providers that stand by their work with guarantees. These assurances ensure that if pests persist following treatment, the provider will return to tackle the issue at no extra charge. This guarantee offers peace of mind that your pest issues will be addressed effectively and thoroughly.
Treatment Day Expectations
When it's time for treatment, professionals will generally inspect both the interior and exterior of your home. They'll target spots where pests are active and areas they might use to enter. The service typically includes applying treatments around potential entry points and removing any existing pests. Homeowners can anticipate a thorough approach aimed at covering all bases to prevent future infestations.
Bundling Services for Added Value
Bundling different pest control services can provide cost savings. Combining general pest control with termite or mosquito treatments, for instance, can net homeowners an average discount, making comprehensive pest protection more budget-friendly. Additional services such as tick or wildlife control may also be available for an added fee.
Dealing with Specialty Pests
Should you encounter troublesome pests like termites, bed bugs, or wildlife, specialized treatment plans are available. These plans are designed to combat specific pests with targeted strategies. It's important to select a pest control provider with the expertise to deal with these more challenging invaders.

The Pros and Cons of One-Time Versus Recurring Services
One-time services are perfect for addressing a specific, immediate pest problem. However, ongoing service plans are designed to provide continuous protection, preventing pests from becoming a recurring headache. While one-time services might seem cost-effective, they may not provide the long-term assurance that comes with a recurring plan, which includes regular inspections and treatments.
