I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

We’ve had heron for both pest and lawn service at our house for nearly 10 years. The service has been consistently very good, especially our pest control tech, Lucas Lague, who is super friendly and does a great job every time. They’re also good about coming out to address issues between scheduled visits when necessary, like during ant swarm season. The only thing that could be improved is the billing system because I have to pay for the pest and lawn care bills on different schedules, which is a bit inconvenient. Wish they would just bill me each quarter instead of after every visit.

I have used their pest control services for more than 10 years. Kevin Kirby is always friendly and thorough, providing consistent communication and excellent customer service. I've never had a pest issue while using their service and I appreciate Kevin's thoughtfulness when it comes to my home, pets, and family.

Juan Minguela has been treating my in-laws house for a few services now. The lawn looks perfect!! The soil in the back lawn does retain a good amount of water but after irrigation recommendations were made those cultural issues were taken care of. Thank you Juan

He looks in every corner hard to reach places, anytime the heat drops by, I can count that he will do his best to keep my house safe. Definitely recommend the service, if you have Jesus, you'll be in great hands.

Service was great. Lerry was very helpful. Edgar and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. They couldn't get the job done on first visit because of truck issues and problems with their machine. They were very apologetic, even after driving 4 hours for my job. They volunteered to come back the next week, even though it was supposed to be their weekend off. They again drove 4 hours the following week to get at my house at 8:00 am to start our job. They got the job done in about 4 hours with one break to prevent heat exhaustion. Very pleased with the job and noticed a difference almost immediately. Thanks to Lerry he also held my check until the job was completely finished. Good coordination. The four stars are only because of the lack of a completely prepared truck to drive for a job.

Truly Nolen first caught my attention years ago when I kept seeing their mouse car at the corner of State Rd 52 and US19.. It was a real eye catcher. When I had some bug issues, I immediately remembered the mouse car and gave them a call. My experience with them over the past 6 years has been nothing but positive. Once again I was in need of an insect inspection and Truly Nolan is my goto company. They came out in less than 24 hours and their service coordinator Jimmy was awesome. He was thorough, professional, honest and very personable. Gave me tips on prevention around the outside of my home and was able to identify my current treatment needs. After several years of being Truly Nolen customer ,I was never satisfied the technician service that came out every year to inspect for termite .no one wanted to crawl inside the attic were there original had termite .On September 7 again contact again had a technician by the name of Christian Reyes I was very satisfied with the Gentlemen ,professionalism knowledgeable , and also rich out inside attic were original had issue with termite this was never done before by other technicians . also on September 16 i contact Mr. Reyes and did a contract to fumigate my entire house inside and out .Thanks you again Mr. Christian Reyes for such a good service . Terminex has been our pest control provider for years. Eugene Wilson just completed the annual termite inspection. He was very efficient and through. Reviewed what he did and findings (no termites or other pests). Before leaving the property, Eugene emailed a copy of the inspection for my records. He was very pleasant and was a pleasure meeting him.

Bender was absolutely amazing he let me know he was going to be at my house at the expected time of arrival. He unfortunately didn’t get the correct address and when I told him the correct address he still came even though he was over an hour away in rush hour traffic. He completed the service and I could already see a difference before he left. 2 hours later the problem was almost solved ?. When he left I was so grateful that he came I could tell he was happy because I had a really bad situation and he knew he helped resolve it. He truly wants to help people and I am so grateful. I have been using Aptive for about 4 months now. The specialist (Terrence) who comes out has been very pleasant and professional and willing to look at any type of bug issues I want to show him or discuss. After each visit, he sends multiple photos of the various areas that he treated, I suppose in case I was not home to verify, I could feel secure that a thorough job is done. I’ve never had a contract with an exterminator before, so this was all new territory to me, but I feel very safe with Aptive employees both outside and inside my home. Note: Terrence, my specialist is also very careful not to treat near my herb garden which he noticed all on his own without me needing to point out.

I like that they are animal friendly. I akso appreciate what a great job Mike does. He rids me of the 8 legged ones with the webs and the eggs in my screen room. It’s very important to me because I am prone to get bit by whatever comes my way. Mike also treats the entire outside of my home, no need to come and spray inside after just a couple of treatments. Mike is a very polite, courteous, respectful, gentleman. I find Mine very easy to talk to and communicate with. A hard worker and an asset to any company. I used to have this other pest control company small business but they bailed and never showed up again. Spoke with someone from adaptive environmental and got a pretty good deal on pest control. Appt was quickly made and Corwin the technician was friendly and thorough getting all the areas outside with spiders and bugs. Pretty good service ?

Mike Souza came for my first initial treatment of my home. I can’t say great enough things about this guy. He is an exceptional employee and a great representation of Aptive Environmental. I look forward to his future visits and hope the other associates are as well trained and thorough as him. He explained every step of the initial treatment, and was detailed and specific in response to any questions I had! On top of the great customer service, Mike also sent me photos of the treatment.
