This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Had Kendrick out today for a few hours. He did wonderful, explained everything. Truly a great experience with him. I'm tired of dealing with those pesky rodents! So i can't wait for them to be gone!

The service, Jessie did a great job, he serviced everything inside the house , garage and outside. He did even cleaned the outside windows frames. Excellent JOB. Thank you Jessie. 👍😃

We were very lucky to get Corey Scott for our annual "pest" control checkup. He was very thorough and checked out the whole house! We are so grateful that he found the problem and immediately contacted the office to set up an appointment for service. I highly recommend this company. I contacted Truly Nolen because of termite activity. The previous company I had contracted with would not return my calls. Shawn from Truly Nolen sent Corey out the same day for an inspection, and Corey subsequently scheduled treatment. Nathan, the technician, arrived early today and spent 2 and a half hours treating the indoor infestation and trenching and drilling around the perimeter of the house and in the garage. Both Corey and Nathan were exceptionally thorough in the inspection and treatment process for termites. In addition, they were very pleasant and professional, as was Shawn, with whom I spoke initially. Exceptional customer care and service from this company!

Elliot was fantastic! He was here on time and got the job done quick! Also cleaned up perfectly when he was done. Great personality and very friendly. Truly broken really has a great team!

Had our first bait check since installation last year. Technician arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. Checked out all baits and reported all well. Email report followed. Great service.

Impressed with Jeff, salesman as well as Austin the person who came out to do the work. Unfortunately there was a water pipe in our bedroom that was drilled through and created quite the water feature in our bedroom. Austin acted quickly but water was running outside through our dining room and our bedroom. The plumbers came and Jack hammered out some of the concrete floor to repair the pipe. The plumbers did mix some concrete and did a rough finish on the patch. It took 2 weeks for the carpet, pad and concrete patch to dry out. Austin did his best to lay the carpet back in place but he is not a carpet layer. I was hoping the carpet would work its way down but that is not going to happen because the carpet is not next to the wall and after 2 weeks needs a carpet installer to get it laid correctly. So, I will be able to review more complete once we know how Orkin will handle the carpet issue. Well we finally got the check to reimburse us for paying the carpet layer. Took about two months but we got it.. Jeff did the fup appt today and was very thorough . Rose in the office stated in contact with me to make sure we got the reimbursement check. 4/12/2024

This is the first time actually that they service provider as I have been out of town and he has been working with my sister. We have used working in the past that our other house for years. I asked for a bait box was told it cost $50. We never paid for a bait box before and was told that I would have to change my plan for the tune of 900 and some dollars which negated the current plan that I have which goes for another almost 6 months and several Treatments that have already paid for . I said I’ve already paid for several treatments on the current plan so I just lose those? Well, yeah was the answer that didn’t sit very well with me so I told him just to forget it. I’d buy a box off of Amazon and do it myself and I can change that so that was very poor service as far as I was concerned so in this current year is over, I will be sure to be changing providers.

My technician Alexis took great care of us for about a year. He was patient and willing to work around my schedule, and active in working to resolve our issues in a strategic way. He did well explaining what we were doing and how best to get rid of our pests.

Our experience with Orkin on the initial visit was professional, efficient and compassionate. Jose was very informative and took care to meet our needs and respected our concern with the safety of outside pets and wildlife. We are glad we selected Orkin for our pest control needs!

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

I have been using Terminex for 5 years now and have enjoyed their service over the years. I believe I’ve only ever had 2 or 3 different techs come out which shows great employee retention. I like the fact I can text them if any issues arise, and they always message me a couple days beforehand about when my upcoming appointment is. Definitely recommend Terminex!

We've been using Terminix for 5 years and have been completely satisfied with the quality of their service. Carlos Vargas, our Terminix field service technician, is extremely knowledgeable regarding our pest and bug control needs. Carlos is always on time and effectively communicates the work he will be conducting. We also use Terminix for my father-in-laws residence pest and bug control. For us the bottom line is having no bug and pest issues. Carlos and Terminix delivers!

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
