This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Today I had Jon M. Who did my home sealing for rodent prevention. He was exceptional in Customer Service, rodent exclusion and explained his work and completion to me. It was a pleasure to have such a great experience. I highly recommend this employee!!

Mitchell by far has been the best since Richard left we could see he took his time and explained his findings. Still have a lot of pigeons and had talked with Sam about 3 years ago about putting up spikes but never heard from him since! So I hired another company and very happy.

Jon did a great job exterminating my house. He was very thorough. He was very professional and courteous. He made me feel very confident that the problem was being solved and that problem was bedbugs. I can't wait to get my life back thanks to his very thorough job.

Mitchell Leonard was great. He knocked and introduced himself (he is new to my house) and my 2 extremely needy spoiled bassets. We talked about a little issue I am having inside with silverfish and how to resolve. He treated the outside gave me some sticky boards and a plan to move forward next quarter. We thought he was just great!!!! I have been with Truely Nolan for over 30 years. I have never been disappointed.

Our technician was efficient, pleasant, informative and unobtrusive! He checked the property, then treated an active area by the least invasive means available for now. A professional visit, as always.

Nathan is our tech. He's been out twice so far. He is very polite and explains everything he is doing or going to do. Nathan is a great asset to your company. We have also had Curtis out to our house, he did a free termite inspection. He also was very polite and explained everything he was doing and looking for. Luckily no termites! So far I'm happy with both techs we have had. Keep up the good work.

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

Brittany, the company's Representative, did a fantastic job inspecting our house throughly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Her excellent service deserves a 5 star rating. She responded to my call in a timely matter and took care of things right away! The first technician who came to our house named Kenneth did not complete the job and lied to my face. Today I was relieved when Operations Manager Mike, along with Charlie and Tim, stepped in to make things right. They not only met my expectationss but went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed properly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. I truly appreciate their hard work!

We have used Terminix for almost 20yrs now and between 2 homes here in Chandler, AZ and we have had no issues whatsoever. They do a fantastic job! They are always on time. They notify you when they are coming and they provide an update when they are done. There are never any critter issues to address. They assess the landscape well and clean up well. I have had very good luck with Terminex services for 20 years, for both termite and pest control. Many years ago, I noticed signs of termite activity in my garage. As it turned out my nextdoor neighbor did as well. Terminex generously credited my account, when my neighbor also hired them. The initial treatment was relatively costly; but whatever treatment protocol they have is very effective. The thoroughness became evident when they drilled holes in the areas where sidewalk surrounded my home. I have only had to have one chemicals application; no termite activity has been observed since.To have a continuing warranty for any new treatment at no extra cost, I am required to have one annual termite inspection.The warranty also covers any potential termite damage to both my home and it's wooden contents. I am have also been happy with Terminex's pest control services. For 20 years, their treatment protocol on the outside perimeter of my home has kept the indoor area of my home pest free. I do not like the idea of having pesticides in my house. The outside treatment is required in only every 90 days. The technician will make extra visits any time pest activity becomes evident. There are some exclusions of coverage for certain pest types i.e. mosquitoes, scorpions. On one occasion, during a 2 month period of time, I did have an unexpected pest challenge . My assigned technician was ineffective in solving this new issue. However, after requesting a technician reassignment, I was extremely pleased with the new technician, Sebastian. He was a specialist who had a high level of expertise for the particular pest issue. I think it may be no of coincidence when Sebastian told me he was promoted to a training capacity with Terminex. This suggests to me that Terminex will go the extra mile when issues are not being resolved ; but perhaps in bringing this problem to their attention, they later may have implemented additional staff training to optimize services going forward. Except for this one occasion, which had a positive resolution, my services from Terminex have been excellent.

Today, the technician was performing the annual termite inspection & verifying bait stations. He was most pleasant, professional and efficient. He took time to explain what he was doing and what a used station vs a clean station looked like. He also asked if I had any pest issues inside. I genuinely appreciated his effort and concern . I’m most pleased.

Christopher is always prompt! So polite and always asks if I have concerns with any specific pests. He is very thorough and spends time doing a great job! Terminix is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! Terminix is a great company! Would highly recommend!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
