Our tech Kiefer McGinty provided excellent service and treatment in identifying the source of ants in our kitchen and preventing their return. He stayed with it until he found the source of their entry to the house preventing a costly return and disappointment had our issue not been resolved. I was very impressed with his attention to detail ensuring we were satisfied and more importantly that our problem was resolved.

We just started service with them after having no results with another pest company. Chase came out to do our inspection to see what might be causing our pest issues and thoroughly talked through everything with us and was patient in answering my many questions- I had a lot because pests and rodents freak me out and I do not want to see anything in my home! He also detected another issue that we weren’t aware of and gave us all our options on how to resolve it. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. We are happy to have switched pest companies and I feel confident having Chase as our technician.

We had another pest control company try to rip us off, so I called Truly Nolan for a second opinion. They showed me that our issue was not bad at all and offered several options to mitigate our issue. Today our technician Lucas came out and sealed up our house against rodents, set traps outside and treated our entire house. He was incredibly professional and did a great job. It would take a lot for me to drop Truly Nolan as my pest control company. The entire team from my first phone call to an inspection has been a great experience!

Unfortunately they were not able to help me with my very unique wasp issue in an apartment that property management won’t remedy, but the customer service was EXCELLENT. Billy spent about an hour conducting an inspection of my home, and in that hour put forth more effort than I have received from my property management, their contracted pest control company, and the city inspector all combined. Billy truly seemed more distraught than I even did about not being able to solve the problem, and that really showed his and the company’s genuine integrity. Thank you Truly Nolen for your time and attempt, I greatly appreciated it.

We have been using Truly Nolen for 3 years and are super happy with their service. The service team (Corey, Lukas and Tom) and scheduling team (LuAnn) are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive whenever we have needed them outside of the quarterly service. I would highly recommend them!

Great service by Billy in Ft Worth. I screwed up and left the dog out, Billy came back early the next morning (Saturday) to finish just the backyard. Thats awesome and highly appreciated.

Orkin commercial service for timeout bar is always great. Never have any pests at the establishment once we started using their service.

Jeryd does a great job. If you want to get rid of your moles, he is the guy. He "takes as long as is needed" when he comes for his visit.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! I'm grateful to have an option other than to move the moles from my yard to my neighbor. The treatment seem to take an immediate effect. I will maintain the monthly service for a while.

They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and we’ve had no trouble with any pests— small or large — since we’ve been using them. Highly recommend them. August 2021 Had new pest problems (Texas rocks squirrels and a possum digging homes under my house). They came out and blocked that up very well. Have not seen any more rock squirrels, and there are no new holes. Looks good.

Ray Thompson is our Terminix Tech for Mosquito Treatment. Ray does an excellent job each snd every time and always goes above and beyond. Prior to every treatment he reviews the whole property, even knocking down wasp nests… Comprehensive treatment and even leaves follow up notes on what he observed and what we may need to watch out for. He communicates when he is on his way, when he arrives & when he is complete. Overall excellent service!

Michael Knight from Terminix delivers the most extraordinary customer experience each and every time he comes to my home. He is exceptionally professional from the moment he reaches out proactively to confirm an appointment until the time he completes the service. Michael never fails to communicate his exact arrival time, double check that my animals are safely inside the house, ask if there are any special issues which he needs to address and then tells me exactly what he has done when his service has been completed. I believe that Michael Knight is an employer’s ideal employee - in my book, he is the best of the best!

Cody arrived as scheduled and had a thorough look around my home and in my attic to discover where a raccoon had torn through a mesh cover to get in. Cody was very knowledgable and helpful about identifying the probable pest. He swiftly resealed the hole with stronger material and set a trap to catch the raccoon if it comes back. He showed me photos of his work and sent me a report immediately afterward. An impeccable service experience-- Thank you, Cody!

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Jason Torres was the service professional who came & serviced my home. He answered all of my questions and included pictures of the areas that he treated so that I am aware of areas that pests may like to congregate. He also made sure that I knew what I should expect after he left. He was professional and helpful.

The actual treatment professional, Steven, was thorough, on time, and very, very helpful. He even helped me out with a few things that I could not do myself because I had had shoulder surgery. He then sent me a detailed text, informing me of exactly what he had done. He is a great representative for your company!! Scheduling However, was difficult. I inquired as to same-day service and was told someone would come out and that they would contact me About a half an hour before they came. By midday, I had not heard from anyone so I called the company again and inquired. I was then told again that someone was in fact supposed to come And the person would be contacting me. By the end of the day, I had still not heard from anyone because there had been a Communication snafu within the company. Because I was dealing with fleas, this turned out to be pretty uncomfortable for me. Finally, a fellow was willing to come at about eight at night, and I told them that they could come in the morning Because I was so tired after having cleaned getting ready for them to come. And, Because out of courtesy to their Treatment professionals I didn’t want the guy to have to continue long days work. The next day, however everything went very well and I’m appreciative
