Overall we would definitely use this company again if the need were to arise. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. he diagnosed the problem and performed service necessary to solve the problem. I apppreciated the fact that he did not use scare tactics or try to upsell us additional services we did not need.

We were experiencing problems with field ants in our yard. We had at least 5 ant hills. They were killing the lawn and starting to come into the house. I contacted a couple of local pest control companies and J C Ehrlich was the most reasonably priced. After settling on Ehrlich I called them to order the service; they came out within a couple of days. I noticed the work order stated that they did a perimeter application but there no mention of the ant hills in the yard. I contacted them and to ensure it was done they came back out the next day. No questions, just prompt service. In less than a a week we saw a substantial decrease in the number of ants. We also saw a decline in the number of other pests such as earwigs and centipedes (I hate those things). They returned, as scheduled in July for the second follow up.

Our technician, Justin, from the Holland Ohio location, was very informative. He went above and beyond to help us. Did everything he could to reach the bee nests under our deck, and he did! Very pleased with the professional service.

Orkin of Dayton keeps us pest free with their quarterly service. They are reliable, on time and will come out for free if needed beyond the four times per year that is part of the contract. We live in the woods and have used them for years. We highly recommend them.

I had mice almost intruding into my home. Trutech representative Gene came out and recommended they block where the mice were burrowing, and maintenance with bait stations. Every month Matthew checks the stations and inspects so no new burrows are starting around my home. This Company has the nicest, most professional, and dependable employees.

Our technician Joe was excellent but the pre appointment was a nightmare. First Terminix change my appointment without getting in touch with me. When Joe finally got my appointment he didn’t even know what I was getting done. Miscommunications was at a high very disappointed feel I was being push aside. Better communication in the future would be greatly appreciated!

I have been a customer for 20+ years. The service has always been good. I have not had any problems with any type of persistent insect issues. My last technician Joe Mcculough was the best technician that I have ever had. He was so thorough and I hope he will continue to be my technician. Joey was my bug exterminator. He took the time to explain everything he noticed and the plan of attack and what each method was designed to do. He stayed in contact with me before and after the initial visit through my follow up second visit. I was very pleased with his thorough and professional attitude. As an added bonus, he’s a great man to have a conversation with!

Our service technician Josh is extremely knowledgeable, informative, always prompt, and communicates well with his time of arrival and departure. Always returns our calls or texts within 15 minutes or less. We enjoy seeing Josh because he’s personable and always has a smile.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. My husband and I had a rep stop by, Fernando, while we were sitting outside. He was friendly and polite, not pushy. I can empathize with those in the sales and understand they have to follow a pitch, including responding to objections, and we weren't offended by this at all. In the end, while we didn't need any service, we would definitely consider Aptive solely based on our positive interaction with Fernando.

Sales rep was the door to door type, I normally turn these away pretty quick but he talked to my wife first. She has been wanting to get our yard treated for awhile now so we heard him out. He was nice and not pushy, answered my probing questions, we agreed to terms and service and they had someone out that day. Service tech was polite and patiently answered my questions about how what he was doing was fulfilling the agreement. If the service continues this way (and the product works) it’ll be well worth it.
