Brandon the service tech is/was very happy to do what he could to resolve my issues. Shared info on things I could do going forward. The woman that answers the phone at the butler location is absolutely the best. Got my appts scheduled to fit my schedule. Otherwise I am disappointed and frustrated with the company's scheduling process. One hand did NOT know what the other one was doing. And these appts need a specific time line to follow for the success of the treatments.

Our technician Tony is the absolute best. He's always timely and communicates when he'll be there and how the bait stations are doing. Terminex has absolutely helped with the rodent issue when our city who caused the problem in the neighborhood was zero help.

Tony is always so pleasant to work with. He communicates if he will be a few minutes early or late, he leaves great tips for keeping the house and outside pest free. Definitely will keep working with Tony!

Chuck from Terminex was extremely professional and safely located and removed two very large honey bee hives from our attic and relocated them to a bee farm. It was a complex job and required two cut outs in our ceiling in order to access the bees. He also cleaned the attic area thoroughly after relocating the bees and recommended a dry waller who promptly repaired the ceiling. Chuck was great to work with and has a lot of expertise in this area. I would highly recommend him!

Tony did a five star job coming back for a retreatment today. He is always friendly, communicates well, on time, and does a great job. Tony always shares areas that I need to look at to help prevent from bugs and rodents. Again, he does a fantastic job.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Very nice man but came to door after 8 o’clock at night to pitch a sale. To me personally, that’s too late to come to someone’s door. What I also thought was strange was he didn’t have any business cards on him to hand out for future reference or anything. Maybe that should be the next step is making business cards so people can think about it and reach out if needed. We are very happy with our other company so we didn’t switch but just thought for improvements.

Jay Ravichandran was my Service Professional. He was very polite, professional, prompt and courteous throughout the entire treatment process. I congratulate Aptive for hiring and training professionals such as he. As the business world around us seemingly sinks to new lows; it’s great to know that customer service is not dead in all sectors of our economy. GREAT JOB!!

Dave from Aptive was great, they let you know when they’re coming. They follow specific directions that you give them, they take pictures of what they’ve done and send you a summary after. Really like the service.

Mark P. via google

Common Pest Problems

Residents of Wisconsin may encounter various pests that can cause nuisance and potential health risks in their homes. One common pest issue in the state is rodents, such as mice and rats. These small creatures can quickly multiply and find their way into buildings, where they contaminate food, damage property, and spread diseases. Additionally, Wisconsin's colder climate makes it an attractive destination for pests seeking shelter, including spiders and ants. These pests can infiltrate homes in search of warmth and food, creating annoyance and potential structural damage.

While some residents may attempt DIY pest control methods, it is often more effective to seek professional pest control services. Trained experts possess the knowledge and tools to identify the specific pest problems, develop targeted treatment plans, and ensure long-term pest management. By opting for professional assistance, homeowners can address pest issues promptly, preventing further damage and reducing the risks associated with pest infestations.

Protecting your home and family from pests is crucial, and seeking the expertise of local pest control professionals in Wisconsin ensures efficient and reliable pest management solutions.
