ALEX IS A THOROUGH TECHNICIAN WHO ALWAYS COMES IN QUIETLY BUT LISTENS TO MY DIRECTIONS AND FOLLOWS THRU CAREFULLY. HE IS DEPENDABLE AND IS ALWAYS ON TIME OR LETS ME KNOW BY TEXT WHEN HE IS COMING. I KNOW I CAN COUNT ON HIM TO BE HERE AND DO A GREAT JOB. HES VERY POLITE AND WILL CONVERSES NICELY WITH ME IF I ENGAGE HIM IN CONVERSATION WHICH MAKES A SENIOR WOMAN FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE! KEEP HIM!!

For the most part, I’ve had good service. The reason for 4 stars is communication. I’m sent a text a few days before my appointment but not given a block of time until the day prior. I have to block the entire day. They are treating 2 issues. One requires me to be home but the other doesn’t. When I call the office to confirm which service is being done, I’m just told it’s “pest” and I need to be home. However, that’s not true. Need to work on communication.

Long-time Orkin customer, trust them to keep my house pest free. Alex is great, professional and courteous. Patiently listens to my concerns and thoroughly treats the house, especially hot spots. One of my pets is sick and he has no issue wearing shoe covers to minimize tracking outside into the house.

Lee is a great tech and took good care of my issues. He is so friendly & a hard worker . I would love for him to be the one that comes for my future visits. Your company should be very proud of him.

LEE RUNION, serviced our home for the first time. So friendly and happy to welcome us to Orkin. He addressed the concerns and treated the recommended and necessary areas. So far pleased with initial services compared to previous company Terminx.

Trutech has a courteous, professional team. I interacted with three different employees in getting the service I required and each was respectful and informative. Despite being warned that the service might take about 2 weeks it was fully completed the day after the initial inspection and proposal. The team was also very accommodating of my schedule. I recommend Trutech highly.

Snake deterrent. Put down deterrents and devices around property of my home on pond. They also inspected property and shed to ensure no snakes or nests were found. They’ll come monthly and in between if I see any snakes they will come to remove them. Since they’ve come I haven’t seen any repeat visits by snakes. When I called they were very nice to work with, took detailed information, including pictures and scheduled the initial visit within a week. So far I’m very pleased to be snake free, so are my kids and Jack Russell’s!

I have had a great experience with Critter Control. They come each month as scheduled and text when they are on their way to my home. I haven’t had an issue with rodents or bugs since I’ve been using their service!

Critter Control has helped to keep the critters out of our building in a heavily wooded and swampy section of Va Beach. The pest control product they use for bugs is keeping the bugs at bay too. They are a good and knowledgeable company to work with. We appreciate their nice staff too!

They were great. I called for a snake removal, and they came right away.

Joe Barris in addition to being very thorough in his work is professional, courteous, friendly and got the work done quickly. I was very impressed with Joe and have requested Joe as the person l want treating my home from now on. Not only did he do the customary required service but then treated every single window frame and door frame inside and out! A++++ all the way. Thank you for a job well done! You rock young man and should be recognized for work that was done over and beyond what has been done in the past.

Joe came to service my backyard and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and very calm. I loved his personality and professionalism. He was engaging and asked me questions about things I needed from him. He brought to my attention a wasp nest he treated. He let me know that he noticed a lot of moisture damage in our backyard on the back deck and this was causing us to have big problems with bugs in my home. He said having the house repaired would prevent the roach activity. I really appreciated his expertise and would recommend him to other people needing pest control service. 5 stars all the way.

TJ, and Kyle from (CowBell) the sister company with Terminex and Jacquees and Ott from (Terminex) were professional, thorough, had a good work ethic, as well as pleasant and polite in answering my questions and concerns... perfect in every way when doing the cross seal around the house (TJ and Kyle) and the crawl space under the house (Johquees and Ott) perfect in everyway. Abdullah (Mngr) stayed in constant communication with me regarding the jobs and Jeremy the QA person came out to check their work and was very pleased as well with the quality of work that was done. I highly recommend Terminix for crawl space work and Cowbell the sister company for crawl seal services around the house A++++ all the way. I couldn't be any happier with the work these fine men did!!! Jobs well done!!!!

Jason did an outstanding job, I was not expecting it but he actually texted me to let me know what time he would actually be arriving and was right on time, possibly even a little earlier than he expected which was great for me! Upon arrival, he immediately greeted me as he exited the vehicle and was extremely kind and friendly. He made sure to ask me about the specific issues we were seeing/dealing with that I desperately needed to be treated and then he got right to work. He not only treated my residence efficiently and thoroughly, he also explained everything he did outside and what he was doing inside, how to keep my cats safe until the spray dried, what to expect for the next upcoming treatment and even engaged in friendly chit chat while completing the job. Thank you so much Jason, you are awesome!!!

The service provider today wasn’t the greatest we have had with Aptive. He started to do work outside without even saying hello. I was the one who came out my garage and had to greet him as he slowly took off his ear phones? Ear covers? Most service providers speak to us and ask what we need and what critters are bothering our home and he didn’t ask anything or say much. Just did his thing and left without a goodbye.

Excellent experience. The technician-Leslie was courtesy, polite, and such a people person. The sales rep-Grant was very thorough and just polite. He was not pushy in terms of trying to gain your business. Because I was already familiar with the company and service offered I could confidently agree with everything that was quoted and presented. I also appreciate Leslie going over everything again before starting the service because things can easily get lost in translation when speaking with sales rep. Both were great and very professional and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly and clearly. Would love to have Leslie has the permanent technician for future treatments.

I appreciate how Aptive uses chemicals that are natural and not toxic to animals or humans. Their service people are courteous and do a good job. If you see pests after they service the yard, they will come back and treat again without charge—now that is service!
