I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.
Keah P.via GoogleSecond time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.
Cindy L.via GoogleMy service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.
Patty P.via GoogleWe had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

on Rodent and Wildlife Control10 Hands down because of Nick Bertot. He is the most knowledgeable, thorough, and patient tech. I keep his number for if I have questions year after year. I would have cancelled my service years ago if it weren't for him and his detailed work ethic.
Christopher P. via googleStill waiting over 6 months finish insulation installation. Very difficult to get a hold of someone that has a answer Update (11/5): Terminix response prompted an email to [email protected]. Email was sent the following day. Over a week later, there still has been no response. Changing review to 1 star. On site tech was great but follow-up from management or corporate office is non-existent. Moral of the story: if what you ordered doesn't get done the first time around, don't expect it get fixed afterwards Update (11/11): Terminix did reach out and complete the installation!! On-site staff was great once they knew what needed to be done. Changing review back to 3 stars. Coordination between call center and field techs still needs work, but otherwise good to work with. Just be super-clear about exactly everything you need done.
Daniel C. via googleI have been a long time loyal, resolute, and satisfied customer starting from the early 1980's to the present. It would be prudent if you would provide me, and other customers like me, with a customer loyalty satisfaction discount for my (our) continuing loyalty to your organization.
Edward L. via googleTerminix is a great company. They have serviced my house for a few years now with no rodent issues since they’ve started. The technician David, who comes here regularly is great, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them if you have insect or rodent issues.
Steve B. via googleLoved the crews that came to our house! Friendly, thorough, fast and hilarious. Hated the job was done so quickly because the whole family loved having them here! Thanks again, all!

Common Pest Problems
New Hampshire residents may encounter a variety of pests throughout the year, which can be a cause of concern for homeowners. One common pest that locals often face is the black-legged tick, which poses a threat by transmitting Lyme disease. With New Hampshire being located in a region with a high incidence of Lyme disease, it is crucial for residents to take preventive measures and address tick populations in their surroundings.
Another pest that can be troublesome for residents is the Eastern subterranean termite. These pests are known for their ability to cause extensive damage to wooden structures, including homes. Since New Hampshire has a humid climate, it provides an ideal environment for termite colonies to thrive. Homeowners should be vigilant in monitoring for signs of termite infestation and consider professional pest control services to prevent significant structural damage.
Furthermore, residents may also encounter rodents like mice and rats. These pests can not only cause damage to property but also pose health risks due to their ability to spread diseases. Given their ability to reproduce quickly, an infestation can escalate rapidly if unchecked. It is advisable for homeowners to seek professional assistance to effectively manage and eliminate rodent problems, ensuring a safe and clean living environment.
Protecting one's home and family from pests is of utmost importance. By engaging the expertise of a pest control service, residents can address these issues and minimize the risks associated with common pests in New Hampshire.
