I regret to inform you that I was given less than a twenty-four-hour notice for my service appointment. Unfortunately, I have special guests occupying every room in my house, and I immediately left messages with customer service and the servicing technician to reschedule. Despite this, the service technician proceeded with the appointment on the short noticed scheduled date, which caused a disruption for my guests.

Fabulous service technician. Examined the home thoroughly and explained everything well. I had a lot of questions and James was patient and professional. The service we have been using for about a year has made a tremendous difference! Hardly a ladybug in sight and the house is clear of bugs and other unwanted guests! James also talked to me about my new shed project and gave great advice getting a representative on the line right away to schedule what I needed!! Great job again, James!!! So glad you're my technician and now friend!!! Blessings!

We had a scheduled annual visit to check the bait stations. The tech showed up on time however, he did not have the tool to find the stations. He said they would either come back with the tool or have to install new bait stations. That was three weeks ago. I called last week (at the two week mark) and the person on the phone said someone would call me two days later to reschedule. I have not heard from them. The people across the street from us have terminix and their rep is great. I think they started with the Gulfport office and kept the same person from Gulfport when they moved to Ocean Springs. I am going to visit the terminix office next. Also, I set up an online profile and the service history is showing that they visited my house when I know they didn't. I work from home and have cameras. I would have seen them... Maybe a nap in the truck!!

Don't Let Pests Invade Your Home

Residents of Mississippi may encounter a range of pest issues that can disrupt their daily lives and even pose health risks. One common problem faced by homeowners in the state is ant infestations. Mississippi is home to various ant species, including fire ants, carpenter ants, and odorous house ants. These tiny creatures can invade homes in search of food and water, causing damage to property and creating unsightly trails.

Another pest that residents often deal with is the mosquito. Mississippi's warm and humid climate provides the perfect breeding ground for these blood-sucking insects. Besides being a nuisance, mosquitoes can transmit diseases such as West Nile virus and Zika virus, making their control essential for the well-being of both people and pets.

Furthermore, Mississippi residents may also encounter issues with termites. These silent destroyers can cause extensive damage to wooden structures, including homes, if left unchecked. With the state's abundant forests and high moisture levels, termites thrive and can cause significant financial losses for homeowners.

To effectively address these pest problems and ensure a pest-free environment, residents of Mississippi are encouraged to seek professional pest control services. Experienced pest control companies can identify the specific pests infesting a property and implement targeted treatments to eliminate them while preventing future infestations. By partnering with a reliable pest control provider, homeowners can safeguard their homes and enjoy peace of mind knowing that their living spaces are protected from unwanted intruders.
