Josh is a great technician. Always willing to answer questions and is doing his best to give good complete service every time. He has done a great job with our rodent issues. Knows where to place the traps and keeps up on them when he comes out. He is very friendly and personable. I always look forward to meeting with him if I am home when he comes out.

Field Tech, Cole K. was excellent! When he first arrived onsite he listened to what we had encountered, inspected a few areas inside and outside of the house with me, talked through his assessment of a carpenter ant infestation and treatment approach. We had a good experience with Trutech. Our consultant, Russell, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed squirrels from our wall and was able to fix the entry locations in tough weather conditions. He followed up with us frequently to ensure the problem was solved. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service was pretty expensive.

I called in a panic - Austin the representative called back right away and showed up on time. Very professional explaining the process and the problems that I have. Examined the outside of the house and inside - he took pictures. Austin seems to take pride in his work and had knowledge of wildlife prevention. Friendly and took off his shoes without being asked.

Love Terminix services. They are thorough, sends me reminders prior to service date and also a summary with pictures of the work that was completed. I was recently surprised with some minor fixes I would have never known should have been done to keep the critters out.
