My tech that came out was named Carlos. Carlos did an amazing job. He talked to us explained the process of what he was going to do and how everything should work. We have used Orkin for years. We have the outside sprayed about every three months. I’m sure it would be cheaper to do on our own but honestly I just don’t want to. Having said that- we have had excellent service and I actually haven’t seen a bug in my house for at least a year. I’m sure there must be some, but not many. Prior to Orkin we had spiders, wasps and ants. I know insects are beneficial overall, I just prefer them outside. Orkin always notifies us of visits and our Orkin guy, David, is friendly and professional. I have no complaints.

The Orkin guy Joshua has always been on time. Always Friendly. Knows his Job and He is really a good person. I appreciate his kindness always. 😄

I’ve been using Orkin for years. When I decided to switch away from pesticides and use a more natural alternative, I was surprised to learn that Orkin has a natural product that can be sprayed outside, it’s a concentrated form of thyme. It smells amazing! Greg, the technician who sprays, is always very friendly and quite knowledgeable.

I had a raccoon, bats and mice in my attic. Evan was very helpful in ridding me of these nuisances. I highly recommend.

Found the culprit that was under my house and removed. Timely Professional and gave pointers on what to do to keep them out.

They did a great getting rid of my bats! The-chipmunks are being caught but more keep coming! The 15 plus holes along my Seawall are not improving as quickly as I would have hoped. I am disappointed that my lawn has so many tunnels and holes that some critter has made They are not 100% sure the cause. I feel like they could do more by setting different type traps. I still have as many holes as when I started! They usually call before they come. But the last time he did not call when he was on his way. I like to go around to the different traps to see for myself how much bait was eaten. I was surprised bthat each truck has different type of bait to put into the traps. One Tec said the liquid in plastic works much faster so I liked that. So the last Tec didn’t have the liquid in plastic bait to offer me. He did t even know what I was talking about!! I thought that was weird since it’s the same company.

We had a horrible problem with birds nesting in our exhaust vents around our home. Mitch came and did our initial evaluation. He was very professional and made sure we were well taken care of and that this issue wouldn’t happen again. Andy came and completed the service at our home. Again he was very professional and even sent me a text when he wasn’t able to complete the service the same day. He made sure to come out the next day to finish the job. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent service. Cody has been very helpful and thorough. When I started seeing multiple spiders and got concerned, he came on his day off to spray for me. Rapid response and very knowledgeable. Took time to listen to all my concerns and answer every question I had.

Chris explained the entire process in a way that I could understand. He also was very kind and respectful about my concerns about my cats and he also kept them safe when I was unable to find a place for them outside my home during the second treatment. Chris also came up with creative ideas for keeping everyone protected during and after treatment. I felt safe with him being in my home and knew he would take good care of everything. I was also highly pleased when, during the second treatment, Chris didn't see any live specimens. Since Tim, the initial inspector, said this was a severe infection, I fully expected that Chris might see some bugs, so it was a relief to hear that wasn't the case. I look forward to Chris's next treatment here and I know that we and our home will be in good hands.

Very happy with our Terminix pest control. Carl is our local technician. He has always been on kind and knowledgeable of how to handle different pests that we have concerns about. He’s very thorough and answers any questions or concerns we have. We also appreciate his timely communication to let us know when he is coming and asks ahead if there are any new concerns.

Jose Hernandez IS Terminix to me! I'm fortunate to be within his service area!! He is actually pretty amazing when it comes to communication. I know when he's on his way, when he has completed his work and what was done at my home. AND.....Jose responds to my messages!!! I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
