This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

I was pleased with the experienced I had with Orkin. They came out to the house on time, and the technician explained the process and the habits of the pests involved before he sprayed. He was personable and thorough. Also, the office called to let me know when they were sending me the receipt for services paid. Great follow up. Thank you Orkin.

Always the most respectful, timely and efficient technicians! Very professional. Not just professional but knowledgeable and willing to help with the detailed issues we’ve had. I can count on them to give a heads up text before arriving and knock on the door prior to entering yard. Yet if I’m not available they will still do the job (not reschedule) it’s a perfect fit for our family. And excellent t control of nasty pests - we appreciate this company.

Richard is so great! He’s fast, kind and always has a smile on his face and eager to help. Orkin as a business, has been wonderful! They come out quarterly and if I have an issue in between, they come back out promptly. I also have them spray for mosquitoes once a month during the summer. It’s so great to be able to enjoy our yard without being eaten alive! I recommend them to everyone!

The team at Terminix was extremely friendly, helpful, and got the job done! I used to have an issue with earwigs and spiders, but since they came out to spray, my house has been bug free. I will continue utilizing Terminix's service for years to come.

Our technician always lets us know when he is coming. Our tech does a nice job but he doesn't always tell us what he did or what his plan for the future is. We still have wasps out by the garage. Maybe coming from the neighbors. We are pleased with our service.

In my opinion The Terminix sales representative, Lance Leary is the reason why I continue with the company. Other companies promise better prices, but I really appreciate the professionalism of Larry. He calls the day before scheduled service and asks if there are any particular pest issues and where on my property they are located. When his work is completed, he provides a detailed written report that I appreciate. He's not pushy, but professional and friendly. Accordingly, I highly recommend Mr. Lance Leary of Terminix as the primary reason why I give him a the highest grade possible.

Denis B. via google

Good product at a reasonable price. Daniel, our tech, is always professional and considerate of our needs and arrives on time or lets us know if there is a delay. Great job! JD

Pest Control in Idaho

Idaho residents may encounter various pests that can pose a nuisance and potential health risks to their homes and surroundings. One common pest problem in the state is ants, including species like carpenter ants and odorous house ants. These tiny invaders can quickly infiltrate homes, creating trails and nests in search of food and water. While they may seem harmless, carpenter ants can cause structural damage by tunneling through wood, and odorous house ants can contaminate food sources.

Another pest that often troubles Idaho residents is rodents, such as mice and rats. These critters can squeeze through small openings and establish nests in attics, basements, and crawl spaces. They not only damage property by chewing through electrical wires, insulation, and stored items but also carry diseases that can be transmitted to humans. With their rapid reproduction rates, a few rodents can quickly turn into a full-blown infestation, necessitating professional intervention.

Furthermore, Idaho's lush landscapes and agricultural areas attract insects like wasps and spiders. Wasps can build nests around homes, posing a potential threat to individuals with allergies or sensitivities. Meanwhile, spiders, including black widows and brown recluses, may find their way indoors, especially during colder months. Their bites can be dangerous, causing severe reactions in some cases. Utilizing pest control services can help manage these pest populations, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents in Idaho's diverse environments.
