From the initial quote, to scheduling, to the technician - it was a great experience. The technician, Jerod was thorough, helpful and diligent in his inspection and treatment. He took care around my dog's items and just couldn't have been nicer.

I have a yearly preventative service. I loved the services and professionalism. Hated the price! Very expensive compared to some other companies. I have 2 other neighbors who get same service but all 3 of us are paying different prices. Whenever I called between scheduled visits, they send someone out the next 1-2 days

I am very thankful to Orkin for responding to my bug problem so quickly. George, my pro was very informative and made me much more relaxed about my situation. I am not a bug person and get very anxious when I see them. He looked all around, sprayed and said he would check back in a few days to see how things were going. He also said that I could call if I had any concerns; and they would return again for free. Thank you George and Orkin for making me feel better.

My experience today with Orkin was great. The technician was late, but called ahead of time to inform me. He came, he was friendly, concerning & did his job ti my liking. Thank you.

Technician KZ was knowledgeable and super friendly. He was on time and explained every step as he was fixing our issue. Very happy with his first visit and can’t wait for KZ to come back for his follow up visit. Highly recommended.

I cannot give enough praise to the technicians and the company. I had Eric come out at first and he was very pleasant and respectful to my home. He could not work my attic so he got Amie to come out the next day. Amie and the lady she was training came out and showed evidence of mice and checked my entire home. They offered finance for me and were able to get the job done a week later. Tyler along with his partner came out and removed all the insulation, sanitized the affected areas and took care of the locations that were affected. I am beyond pleased with the company and all the people employed at this location. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend them

I wish Terminix would have concentrated on my termites FIRST and then tried to sell me an insect "package" plan SECOND! No termite problems noticed after their service though. I just think I bought and paid for more than I needed.

I appreciate the effort my technician puts into each visit. The only reason I remain with Terminix is my technician Gregg Morris. He is professional and has kept my home free from ants, spiders, and other annoying bugs.

Deborah N. via google

Kevin Kremer does an excellent job! He is professional but personable and respectful of my property. He always goes above and beyond responding to my requests. Terminix is lucky to have him as a representative of the company.

Our Service Technician, Greg, is absolutely awesome! We had a chance to see him on our way out while he was servicing the house. He is such a joy to talk to. He’s friendly and kind. We could see how thorough he does his job. It’s so nice to have someone we can depend on that cares about the job they do. Also, the details he provides about the work he has done. His communication skills are great!

Rhonda L. via google

I appreciate Stephen, he was prompt and a true professional. He seemed very down to earth and I felt more at ease and relieved that my concern was taken care of. We need more like him! Give him a raise Please 😊

Common Pest Problems

Delaware residents may encounter a range of pests that can disrupt their daily lives. One common issue in the state is with ants, particularly carpenter ants and pavement ants. Carpenter ants are known for their ability to cause structural damage to homes and buildings, as they excavate wood to create their nests. Pavement ants, on the other hand, are often found in and around sidewalks and driveways, causing annoyance and potential damage to the pavement.

Another pest that frequently plagues Delaware is the notorious mosquito. These blood-sucking insects can turn pleasant outdoor activities into unbearable experiences. With their ability to transmit diseases such as West Nile virus and Zika virus, it is crucial to address mosquito populations to protect the health of Delaware's residents.

Additionally, Delaware residents may also face issues with rodents like mice and rats. These pests can contaminate food, damage property, and spread diseases through their droppings.
