Incredible customer service! The guy who came and sprayed my house took his time and really got every single place. He was very friendly and professional! He was very confident in what he was spraying which left me with a lot of comfort. I’m so thankful I chose Okrin!
Becca G.via GoogleVery professional. Already seeing results. Very pleased with your company.
Lynda B.via GoogleHad extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!
Cody T.via GoogleBeen using them for years. Professional & efficient! Great service!
Beth W.via GoogleFor some reason had to do hard credit check to do payments to company. Still a good company despite that. Not a fan of pretty much taking out a loan for service.

Vicky T. via yelpTook care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.
Lee F. via yelp8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.
John F. via yelpTechnican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

Judy T.via GoogleThe technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares.
