Daniel was very nice. The problem we have with Orkin is they are supposed to be on a once every 30 day schedule and notify us when they are coming out. We are tired of them just showing up without advance notice. This is a real area of improvement.

We had a black widow infestation. Briton was professional, thorough and kind. He explained everything clearly and covered the inside outside perimeter of my home.

I had a scare with a bald-faced hornet in my yard and called Orkin to find out when my next service was and next thing I knew they were sending me a notice that they were coming right out! I was grateful that they were flexible with their scheduling to manage my regular service visit at a time I needed extra!

Tyler went the extra mile to search for the source of the bug problem and contacted the insect scientists to determine exact species and information about the insect. I couldn’t be more pleased with his knowledge, responsiveness & service. He put me at ease talking me through the scenarios & fingers crossed exterminated all buggers.

Sales and service teams are great at what they do, and have a passion for the animals they work with. Management however, could use a few training courses in following through on simple requests.

Apparently the District Manager didn't get the memo as we sat and waited for another call that never came as promised yesterday. ****Update**** Eric called and came to the house himself. Did a complete inspection and provided a quote on the spot before leaving. We are undecided on using them or not yet and hope if we do move forward the communication issues are resolved.

He gives suggestions on how to keep bugs out and today he found a mouse in one of the sticky traps for bugs and immediately contacted the company to have someone come out to determine what is going on and how it got in. Despite the fact that Terminix is a big national company, our experience with them feels so personal and localized. We have had the same technician for years (Tim), and we’ve come to know him as a friend. That small business feel, combined with the consistency and backing of a large, well established company, has created the perfect experience for us. Tim comes quarterly, and in addition, as often as needed. He is always responsive right away. We have had zero issues with critters and creepy crawlers since signing up. We recommend Terminix, and specifically Tim, to all our neighbors.

Alex D. Is an awesome technician. Polite, knowledgable, patient, friendly, he explains all our services that he does each time. He is the reason we have kept Terminex. I would hope all their technicians are as through and competent as he is. He comes out every time we call, addressing all our needs.

Tim has been our Terminix guy for years and has always offered amazing service! He is always very communicative and polite when entering our home. He comes prepared to complete the job we need and always goes above and beyond to ensure pests stay out of our house.

Glad someone came and the process of eliminating earwigs is almost done.?? The rep was nice. It would've been better had someone communicated with us the day and time of the service, and even called when they knew they were running late. I wasn't sure if our service would be canceled.

I highly recommend Aptive. I have been using them for two years and I’m very happy. I have a grandchild with allergies to bees stings and wasp. My technician even looked between every single rail on my porch and went on my fence and all over my house. He took his time to make sure every single wasp nest, which had just started in the last two days before he had come and I did not know about, Was taken care of. I really appreciate the thoroughness that he serviced my home in. Ron did a great job!

I was very impressed with Jacob! He let me know ahead of time that he was coming, but unfortunately I was not home so I missed him. However we were able to discuss my needs via phone and when he arrived he got to work and did an excellent job! My home had been sprayed @ 2 weeks ago, BUT I had a huge nasty black spider crawling up my patio screen door!! That's when I called Aptive back to please come again and spray for spiders especially... Jacob did a very thorough job and even sent several pictures along with detailed describing what he had done and where. He was EXCELLENT! AND Jacob is definitely a positive asset for your Company. Techs were friendly and informative without being pushy. Personable and through. All in all a wonderful experience. Explained everything in depth and answered all my questions easily. I was sire to inform them I have 2 brand new baby kittens and they explained how safe their products are for pets and wildlife clearly. He even offered sincerely to help assist with yard work I was in the middle of before scheduling. So far, 24 hours and already noticing a distinct reduction in bugs, flies and mosquitos, my kittens seem annoyed at that, but I for one am happy.

The gentleman who came today was very expedient and did the treatments very thoroughly. Was also very helpful when we mentioned that while the treatments are working well on the outdoors as we’ve only been finding dead bugs around! But we should have thought to arrange for indoor treatments as well because we have been seeing a few earwigs, sugar ants and a couple of tiny spiders in the last week or so. He informed us that this was no problem as he can spray the crawl space for us as well which is where we suspect they’re probably coming from. Thank you so much for being our hero!
