This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Larry is amazing! He was very honest about my situation in my home and didn’t sell me something I didn’t need. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable in what he does and he just makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone going through an invasion of horrible pests. Jose Gomez has been our technician for at least a year. He takes his time listening to your bug/rodent problems and takes care of it. He communicates with you after he spays and explains to you what he found and if there are any areas of concern for rodents. He always leave our property well sprayed and always make sure he cleans up any webs around our property. If you need a bug guy please call and ask for him by name. Thank you Jose Gomez for your hard work and caring attitude.

I know that when I call Truly Nolan things will get taken care of and Tony in the San Marcos location always makes sure it gets done right. Nice people, great service.

Jose Gomez performs our treatments quarterly at our residence. Amazing person, great customer service, and does the job very well, even in 100+ degree heat. Other pest control companies have stopped by our place to get us to sign up with them and we stop them mid pitch and say, “nope we are good, we have Jose!” Thank you Jose and team for helping to keep us bug free.

They help with 3 of my restaurants. The peace of mind from ridding and preventing pests is worth it. These other smaller companies are a joke from past experience. After bad experience from a smaller company, you could call orkin and they will come to actually remedy the problem.

Jeffrey J Jimenez was very professional, he was very polite to speak to; both the back & front yards were sprayed thoroughly. I recommend Jeffrey to everybody. Excellent worker. Joseph is a great technician. One time and flexible. Calls ahead to letting you know when he is arriving.

Critter Control has been helping me trap baby raccoons, "Mama" left me as a present in my basement. They humanely relocate them and come asap once they are trapped. Their employees are kind and helpful to me which I need as I am retired.

Luis was very knowledgable, he knew exactly how to help us and I was very impressed that he was able to identify all the different flies we are having issues with. He is going to install fly lights for us. I hope it really helps and I was very happy with the service he provided.

I always had good service from Terminix, our Technician Fernando is the best yet: considerate in that he calls regularly to schedule his visit at a convenient time; courteous to my wife and self; competent in his inspection and spraying duties; pleasant to be around; and adores our aged dog, who loves him back. He is always prompt, courteous, and thorough - which is much appreciated. Cost is affordable. No higher praise can be heaped on Fernando. Best pest control company that I've dealt with.

Ratu did a great job from first contact to confirm our time and when he showed up explained all he was doing and even put on the shoe covers when he entered our home even when I told him it wasn’t necessary. The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

The technician Frankie that came out today was terrific. He thoroughly cleaned the spider webs and sprayed all areas. Frankie tried to accommodate the fact Aptive Environmental had not yet provided any mosquito traps since I signed up for service and unfortunately he was out as well. Frankie gets 5 stars but Aptive only 4.

I am so happy with Aptive's service. We had a serious problem with Brown Widow spiders since we moved in here. Small problems with crickets and pincher bugs as well. But since we have been using Aptive for our pest control I can finally walk around my backyard at night in the summer without seeing spiders or walking through webs! The techs are amazing too, service is usually done while we are at work and they are awesome about sending updates, notifications and pics of their service. Especially thorough has been Frankie who has serviced our house a couple of times now. Pics are great from him too!
