Our salesman was very professional. Our technician seemed to be well educated on treatment of bed bugs. We were supposed to get NEW mattress and pillow encasements, but technician did not replace our existing encasements (that were stained with blood/bug spots) with new ones. We continue to lose sleep as we have had no relief from the bugs. They are even crawling our walls too. The technician was supposed to remove the netting under our furniture, and that didn't get removed either!
